Built around the foundation of Balinese cosmology
This 12-day Jasri Immersion is created upon the Balinese Tri Hita Karana – the three causes of well-being. Deepening the relationship we have with our essential self, our community and with the teachings of nature. And hence, our interconnectedness with the 5 Elements. Initially we work on the “I”, then we move onto the “We”, and finally we work on the “All”.
As potential leaders offering transformational movement practices, gestures and “wake ups” to bigger communities, we are asked to make the two crucial steps diving into “I” and “we” beforehand. Without this we are destined to only offer a superficial version of what is possible.
We feel that a deep immersion into Bali culture, ceremony and spiritual essence is the perfect breeding ground for the power of You to emerge. When you are grounded in your centre – everything else will follow – clarity, joy, freedom, abundance and lasting peace.
10 days on the vibrant East Coast of Bali
Shanti Agung is nestled among an ancient coconut forest by the beach, within a small rural village called Jasri, on the surf east coast of Bali. Over the 12 days we will partake in daily cultural practices with Mr and Mrs Komang and their fellow villagers, allowing the magic of Bali (known as the Island of the Gods) to sink deep into our being. Our Balinese hosts, with the support of Gwyn, Gaia and Sally, will be offering their heart fuelled passions of cooking, ceremony, language, and insights of how to live a life full of simplicity, grace and ease.
Alongside this, is ample opportunity for you upgrade and refine your intention to wear the “Zenthai teacher suit” with full power, originality and clarity, by integrating the 5 Elements with the three disciplines of Zenthai Flow: solo asana practice, creative partner yoga, and effective therapeutic bodywork sequences.

2025 changes
We have refined and condensed the class from 19 days to 12 days, as we feel this will support everyone’s energy levels and capacity on many levels. Since 2024, we have reduced the number of participants to 24. This allows for more individualised attention for each participant, and supports the intimate setting required for our cultural classes with the local community.
Please note: This will likely mean the places fill up quickly...so if you are ready to commit and apply – now is better than later!
Prior experience in Zenthai Shiatsu is required.

"When we begin exploring the elements, we begin exploring life. When we share the elements as leaders in our communities, we digest it in a unforgettable way. We become life. Life is interconnected, unpredictable and mysterious. If this sounds too wild and uncomfortable maybe this immersion isn’t for you. If this excites you, maybe it is worth exploring further…"
